Returns

  • Return Period: Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Please ensure your item is returned to us in its original packaging. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • After placing your order, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations (note: sale items are excluded from this option).
  • Orders that are being processed cannot be changed or canceled beyond the 24-hour window.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Please contact our support team immediately to file a Damaged/Missing Item Claim. Be sure to include "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" in the subject line for prompt assistance.

Sample Scenarios

  • "My tracking information says delivered, but I haven't received it yet."
    If the tracking information confirms delivery, we are not responsible for missing items. However, if the post office or shipping carrier cannot confirm the delivery, please contact us and we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
  • Incorrect Address: If the package was delivered to the correct address provided but was entered incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible. However, we are happy to assist in resolving the issue at a discounted rate, at our discretion. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately to resolve it before your order is processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return in the required condition, we will process your refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Free Shipping: If you purchased the item with a free shipping promotion, the return shipping costs will still apply.

Sale Items
